Introduction
XPE foam lamination is made by chemical cross-linked polyethylene foam.
Full name：Chemical Cross linked Polyethylene foam (XPE FOAM)
General Abbreviation in Intra-Industry: XPE foam, XLPE foam, AEPE foam and etc. XPE are most commonly used while less XLPE abroad.
Explanation: Made by high temperature foaming after extrusion of the well-distributed blend of melted low density polyethylene(LDPE), AC foaming agent and other powders. XPE has many good properties, such as waterproof, moisture-proof, insulation, shock absorption, cushioning, rebound elasticity, heat insulation, thermal insulation, weather resistance, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, light weight,etc.
Production Process: mixing-extrusion-foaming
Has a few types:
1. Laminated with aluminium foil
2. Laminated with fabric
3. Laminated with glass wool
4. Laminated with PE film
5. Laminated with adhesive(self-adhesive)
