Physically cross-linked polypropylene foam (full name: IXPP foam, XLPP foam).
Explanation: Made by high-temperature foaming after electron accelerator for irradiation, followed by extrusion of melted low-density polypropylene, AC foaming agent and other powders.
Compared with IXPE/XPE foam, IXPP foam has better mechanical properties, high-temperature resistance (up to 120℃), deeper forming, obvious advantages of application in automotive interior

Usage:
IXPP foam is widely used in the automotive industry. It is laminated to PVC, TOP and so on materials for vacuum forming and injection molding applications and widely used in the instrument panel, door panel, headliner, water shield and so on.
